God Still Cares

God does not discriminate accepting us as His children. He says ‘as many as’ and ‘whosoever’. Come to Him. He will not reject. God is willing to respond to all that call on Him irrespective of colour or tribe. He is ready to use the man who offers his service. Be it black or brown, white or yellow. It was Simon the Cyrenian who helped Jesus carry the cross.

It is mind blowing to know that not only is God willing to accept us. He also wants to give His riches generously to all those who ask of Him. God is not partial in apportioning talents to his children. He tells us in Matthew 7: 7-8 that if we ask, we shall receive and if we seek we will find. So it depends on each child to ask in earnest. 

The man who succeeds is not peculiar or extraordinary but has applied himself. Proverbs 22:29 confirms that a man who is diligent in his business will surely stand before kings and not before lazy ones. Jesus also illustrated this with the parable of the man who was given talents. The servant who failed had himself to blame because he refused to use what he had.

Have you given up on yourself? It is God’s plan that you prosper and be in good health. Go back to Him. Ask in faith, be expectant and He who answers prayers and knows what is good for His people will not fail you.
